I did not receive confirmation
email. Why? What should I do?
At Most occasions there is a problem with a spam filter.
Please check your spam folder as it seems to solve
majority of cases. Also check if you typed email
correctly. If this doesn't help do contact us and we
will re-send confirmation email. Just note, even if you
don't receive confirmation email when making booking
very close to the time of arrival - our driver will be
there waiting for you (as our automated system will
inform driver).
When do I pay?
When paying cash or a credit card on the spot, please
pay all at once after you arrive to the Hotel. Once you
have paid driver will give you transport voucher which
you give to the driver on the return journey instead of
money. If you opt to pay via paypal in advance our
driver will be informed automatically so you don't need
to do anything else. But if you really prefer not to pay
all at once there's no problem, pay each trip
separately!
Our group staying at different
hotels, do you charge extra for more drops off points?
2 drop off hotels is included in the price. If you are
going to more then 2 hotels which are very far for each
other we might charge extra (usually 240 CZK). But you
will be informed about exact price in confirmation
email.
I'm worried about the pick-up
you gave me for my airport flight arrival reservation.
Why (and how) can you use my scheduled airline arrival
time as my pick-up time?
Your scheduled arrival time (i.e. your airline's
assigned time), is only a starting point with us. We
tracks your flight in "real time" so whether your plane
is on-time, early or late, we are aware of it's status
... And will meet you based on the actual gate time. We
also use a formula that allows for time you may need at
baggage claim.
I have special request (baby
chair, push chair etc.)- What should I do?
If you require baby chair just put note when you make a
booking. If you are travelling with disabled passengers
or need space for pushchair as well put note when making
booking.

Can I pay by credit card upon
arrival?
Yes, you can. You are also welcome to pay
online (in advance) using your credit or debit card.
When paying on the spot (after you arrive to Prague) we
accept VISA, Master Card, JCB Cards, Amex and Diners
Club.
Do you offer transfers for more
then 4 passengers?
Of course we are able to offer transfers
for groups up to 300 passengers. If you are travelling
in very large group
(over 49 pax)
ask for special discount.
How long does it takes from
Prague Airport to city centre?
Usually journey from airport to city
centre takes around 25 min by car. If there's traffic it
might take up to 40 min.
Do you guarantee money back,
compensation or refunds?
Yes, if we are unable to deliver promised
service you will get money back or compensation.
If there’s no driver waiting for you, please contact us
ASAP so we can solve situation.
What are your hours of
operation?
We provide airport transfers 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year - including
holidays.
Are your prices per person or
per vehicle?
Prices are quoted per vehicle.
Do I need to pay in CZK
currency?
No, you can pay in GBP, USD or EUR.
Should I tip the driver?
Well if you're happy with the service it is customary to
tip between 10-15%. But it's just up to you. Keep in
mind that even very small tip keeps our driver happy :)
When you will pick us up on the departure day?
Generally we recommend pick up time 2 & 1/2 hours before
your flight scheduled departure time for NON EU flights
and 2 hours for EU flights. However, you are the one who
decide the pick up time!
Can I have a receipt?
Please ask our driver. We can also email you invoice
after you complete journey.
I have huge or extra large luggage?
If you are bringing extra large luggage please let us
know before as we might have to send bigger car.
Generally, there is no extra charge.
Do you offer other
transportation besides airport routes?
We will take you anywhere you like, just e-mail us for a
price quote.
I need to change a booking - what should I do?
Just follow the link provided in the confirmation email
and amend your details or contact us. All free of
charge.
When do I make a reservation?
You can do reservation as soon as you have your flight
number. Our system allows reservation max. 9 months
before your date of travel.
