 Our promise: If we fail to pick you up for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control on arranged time, we will give you compensation (subject to our conditions). We will only pay your claim if you meet following conditions
- contact us immediately when you couldn’t find our driver at arranged time. We will not pay any compensation higher then the cost of booked journey from or to the airport.
If you will not be satisfied after using our service and you can provide adequate reasons we guarantee your money back! Payments: If you're paying with credit card online
our drivers are informed that payment has been made so you don't need to do
anything else. When choosing to pay using your credit card on the spot (when arriving to Prague) please note that we do not accept electronic cards. If you're paying cash to a driver and booking return journey
please pay all at once when you arrive to the hotel. Once you
have paid the driver will give you transport voucher which you later give to the driver on
the return journey instead of money. When paying in cash we accept Czech currency (CZK), British pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US$.
Cancellation: If for any reason you wish to amend your booking, visit link (provided in confirmation email) or send us an email or call us prior to your departure (at least 3 hours before arriving to Prague). If you have already paid, you will get a full refund. If you are booking a return transfer and paying by credit card, there's no partial refund available. If your flight has been cancelled by airline please let us know so we can inform our driver.
Need to change your booking? All changes are free of charge. Just let us know.
What to do if there's no driver waiting for you? In the unlikely circumstance there's no driver waiting for you please call us on Prague TOLL FREE PHONE 800 870 888 or at local no. 777-777237 (+420-777-777237). Public phones are located at arrivals lobby. All private data are kept confidential and we don't share them with third parties.
